I'm born in Sighisoara in Romania and emigrated to Germany in 1980. Since then I hold a German passport. Now I live in China and need to renew my passport at the German Consulate in Shanghai. They require a bi-lingual birth certificate which I don't have. I have a Romanian birth certificate and officially translated and certified in German language. Are you able to issue a bi-lingual birth certificate?
