We are currently coordinating a delegation of approximately twelve (12 ) Air Traffic Controllers to attend the 65th IFATCA Annual Conference, hosted by RATCA in Bucharest from April 20th to 24th, 2026. Given Romania's full membership in the Schengen Area and our intention to ensure a seamless and compliant application process for our members, we would appreciate your guidance on the following: Group Submission: As a professional body, would the Embassy prefer to receive our applications collectively to facilitate verification? Submission Logistics: Can you confirm if our members in Accra should submit their physical passports and biometrics via the VFS Global center in Accra, or if there is an alternative designated procedure for Ghanaian professional delegations? Multiple Entry Requests: A subset of our delegation is also scheduled to attend Airspace World 2026 in Portugal in late May. We intend to apply for Multiple-Entry Visas via the Romanian portal. Do you have specific requirements for demonstrating "intent to travel" for the second trip while conference portals are still opening?
